At Sunniva Collection, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us!

🕯️ All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted and personal care items), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.

🚫 No Returns on Used or Opened Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or handled.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will replace the damaged item or offer store credit.
  • Damaged items reported after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.

⏳ Order Issues or Errors

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing product, etc.), please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim:

  • FedEx: File a Claim

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $100.

We currently ship through USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
  2. Allow 24–48 hours for possible carrier delays.
  3. Contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.

If your package is in transit longer than expected, please also reach out to the carrier for updates.

At Sunniva Collection, each product is made with love, care, and attention to detail. We want every experience with us to be a positive one.


Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are officially available. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page but may change due to production or supplier delays. If you order pre-order items with in-stock items, your order will ship together once all items are available. To ship in-stock items immediately, place separate orders.


At Sunniva Collection, we love giving our customers ways to save! Please review our coupon guidelines below to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

1. One Coupon Per Order
Only one coupon, promo code, or discount can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

2. Expiration Dates
All coupons have expiration dates and cannot be used after the listed date.

3. Non-Transferable
Coupons may not be sold, traded, or transferred. They are intended only for the customer who received them.

4. No Cash Value
Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

5. Minimum Requirements
Some coupons require a minimum purchase amount (before taxes and shipping). Those conditions will be stated on the coupon.

6. Excluded Items
Certain items such as new releases, bundles, pre-sale items, or sale items may be excluded from coupon use. Exclusions will be listed in the promotion details.

7. One-Time Use
Most coupons are single-use unless labeled as otherwise.

8. Incorrect Use
If a coupon is applied incorrectly or used in violation of policy, Sunniva Collection reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order.

9. Lost or Expired Codes
We are not able to reissue or honor lost, deleted, or expired coupons.
